Our policies
Difficult Blanks & Patch Placements
Items that do not stitch easily will be up-charged according to the amount of additional time needed for placement. This includes thick or extremely heavy materials, materials treated with flame retardant solvents, and stitching in hard-to-access locations. Hats (not beanies) are included in this policy. Please call or email us for an estimate on these items.
Estimate vs. Reality
If what is received is not exactly as it was described in the initial order, we reserve the right to adjust the tag application cost accordingly.
Excessive Plastics
Merch items that must be individually un-bagged or unwrapped are subject to an additional charge of 5 cents per unit. This is the same case for items that must be re- bagged individually.
Tag Preparation
If your tag is meant to be folded on a finished garment, such as end, book, Manhattan, loop, or mitre folds, then they must arrive pre-folded this way. We will not press tags for you.
Payments
All checks in excess of $9,000 are subject to a 5% processing fee. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% fee stacked on top of your total. ACH payments and direct bank transfers are preferred.
Marketing
Unless you request otherwise, we reserve the right to use any media content created while sewing your merchandise in our marketing materials after the products have gone to market.
Turnaround Times
Under 500 units -> 3-5 business days
501 - 2,500 -> 2 weeks
2501 - 5,000 -> weeks
5001 + -> call/email for lead time
